CME Sports GmbH, Bernd-Rosemeyer-Str. 9, 85551 Kirchheim b. München, hereinafter referred to as The Starting 10, is giving away a monthly shopping voucher worth 250€. By participating in the sweepstakes, the user agrees to the following conditions of participation and content responsibility.

1. what can one win?
By participating you have the opportunity to win a shopping voucher worth 250€ for the online store of The Starting 10 (www.thestarting10.com).

2. how to win?
Participation in the sweepstakes takes place on the Instagram account of The Starting 10 (https://www.instagram.com/thestarting10/). Condition for participation is that the user is a follower of The Starting 10 and that the conditions mentioned in the respective post have been fulfilled. Postal entries will not be considered in the draw.

3. over what period does the promotion take place?
The promotion starts at the time of the announcement of the competition in the respective post and ends at the time announced in the respective post.

4. who can participate?
Participation is free of charge and permitted to any natural person over the age of 18. Participation requires the truthful provision of the data relevant to participation. Sweepstakes clubs as well as automated sweepstakes services are not eligible to participate. Multiple entries do not increase the chance of winning, as they will be filtered and blocked from the draw.

5. who is excluded from participation?
The Starting 10 is entitled to exclude individuals from participation if there are justified reasons, such as violation of these terms and conditions, double or multiple entries, manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. Employees of The Starting 10 and their relatives may not participate in this competition. The legal process is excluded.

6) How are the winners determined?
The Starting 10 will determine the winners from all participants in an independent lottery.

7. How will the winners know if they have won?
The winner will be notified by posting the winner's Instagram username as a comment under the sweepstakes post. The winner will also be notified of the win via a private message via Instagram.

8. how do the winners receive their prize?
The winners will receive their individual discount code via a private message via Instagram. The individual discount code can then be redeemed in the online store of The Starting 10. The discount code is valid for 12 months.

9. What happens if the winner does not get in touch after the prize notification?
If a winner has not contacted The Starting 10 by private message within three days of being notified of the prize, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from among the eligible participants.

10. reservation clause
The Starting 10 reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, The Starting 10 will only make use of this possibility if for reasons of force majeure, technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons a proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The Starting 10 is not liable for any losses, failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

11. privacy policy
The Starting 10 stores and uses any data collected in the course of the competition exclusively for the purpose of running the competition. After the end of the competition, all data will be deleted. Furthermore, we refer to our data protection regulations.

12. other
A cash payment of the prize is not possible. If the shopping voucher in the amount of 250€ is not used up, the remaining amount will remain as a credit on the customer account of the winner and can be used for subsequent orders. Winning claims cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. They will be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision. The Starting 10 reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
