Shipping & Delivery

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time is usually 1-3 days. Sometimes it is faster. In the shipping confirmation we send you a tracking link of DHL, so you can always check where your package is.

Where is my package?

As part of the shipping confirmation, we will send you a tracking link and the DHL tracking number. This way you can track where your package is at any time.

What are the shipping options?

We ship exclusively via DHL Go-Green. DHL is the furthest ahead when it comes to sustainability. That's why we chose DHL as our partner. And service, reliability and branch density fit, of course.

Delivery and return costs anything?

The shipping costs within Germany are 4.95€. From a purchase value of 50€ we ship free of charge. Returns are free of charge.

To be quite frank: We are watching the discussion around free shipping and returns very closely. And we do indeed see the danger that free shipping and especially free returns can trigger the one or other "unnecessary" selection order. This is not sustainable, which is why we always seek customer feedback on this topic from time to time.

How do I change my shipping address?

In the customer account you can change your shipping and billing address at any time.

To which countries does The Starting 10 deliver?

We are a start-up. At the beginning of our launch, we only ship to Germany. But "more to come" :-)

Return and refund

Is there an extended return period for Christmas?

Yes, so that you can order Christmas gifts without worries, there is an extended return period until 06.01.23

How do I get a return label?

The return label is enclosed in our package. Please cut out the label and stick it clearly visible on the package.

If you can't find the return label anymore, please request a new return label at support@thestarting10.com. Please include your customer number and the order number. This can be found in the order confirmation email.

How do I return an item?

Please return unworn items within 14 days (exception: extended return period for Christmas gifts until 06.01.23). Use the return documents from the package for this.

1. put the items in the package and stick the enclosed return label on the package. The return shipment is then free of charge for you and goes to the correct recipient. You help us to be better by telling us the reasons for your return on the return label.

2. you can post the parcel at all DHL parcel stores.

3. you will normally receive the refund within 14 days after you have handed over your parcel to DHL. This will be done using the payment method you selected when placing your order.

When will my return be refunded?

The purchase amount is usually refunded within 14 days after you have handed over your return to our shipping partner. This will be done to the payment method you used for the payment.

Has my return arrived?

We will do our best to process your return as quickly as possible.

After we receive your return, we check which items have been returned. After that, we will confirm the receipt of the returns by mail.

Depending on the shipping volume, it can take up to 14 days until you receive a confirmation of your return including all details about the refund.

Which payment methods are possible?

As payment methods are offered: All major credit cards, instant bank transfer, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and purchase on account via Klarna.

When will my return be refunded?

How do I receive an invoice or a copy of my invoice?

You will receive the invoice from us by e-mail. If you can no longer find the e-mail (please check your spam folder), you will also find the invoice in your customer account.

You have the option to reset your password during the login process. In this case, you will receive an email with a link to set a new password.

How do I change my password?

Click on "Forgot your password?" during the login process. You will then receive an email with a link to create a new password.
